Our Factory
We are a professional original manufacturer specialized in custom press‑on nails and nail art sets, integrating R&D, production and export sales together.Our workshop is equipped with a full set of advanced production machines, including injection molding machines, automatic polishing equipment, spraying production lines, UV curing tunnels, visual‑positioning digital printers, multi‑axis automatic dispensing machines and packaging machines. The whole production process covers mold opening, blank nail molding, polishing, painting, printing, diamond sticking, quality inspection and finished‑product packaging.We adopt semi‑automatic and combined manual production lines. Our daily output of finished press‑on nail sets ranges from 30,000 to 80,000 sets. We can handle small‑batch customized orders as well as large‑volume bulk export orders.Strict quality control runs through every production link. We carry out raw material inspection, in‑process patrol inspection and final pre‑shipment inspection to guarantee stable product quality, meeting the safety standards of overseas markets.We focus on OEM & ODM private‑label services. Production Equipment
1. Injection Molding Machine (Vertical / Horizontal) PVC/ABS nail tip material is injection molded at high temperatures, producing multiple rows of nail tips at once. This is the core equipment for mass-producing blank nail tips.
2. Molds (Special Injection Molds for Nail Art): Full sets of steel molds for different nail shapes (square, round, almond, coffin) and sizes.
3. Crusher & Mixer: Crush leftover scrap materials and mix raw materials with color.
4. Chiller: Cools the injection mold to set the shape.

4. Electrostatic Dust Remover: Automatically blows away dust on the surface of nail tips to prevent paint particle defects.
